IMPORTANT
These are very experimental builds of the next series of Cantabile.
They should definitely not be used for live performance as they contain known issues that critically affect stability.
Further, these builds are incompatible with ShowNotes2 which are also under active development. Stay tuned for updates on this.
Build 4408 (Experimental)
- Fixed - Incorrect units on system time reported to VST 3 plugins
- Fixed - main tab panel menu items incorrectly disabled
- Improved - host name reported to plugins now includes build number
- Changed - moved back to .NET 10 with CET disabled (fix for Pianoteq 8)
- Improved - various logging/debug tweaks to help diagnosing outstanding issues
Build 4407 (Experimental)
- Fixed - UI hang on recursive RTG update operation
- Fixed - power button not always showing busy state
- Fixed - suspend racks incorrectly getting activated
- Improved - faster shutdown of execution nodes
Build 4406 (Experimental)
- Fixed - revert to .NET 8 (fixes crash loading pianoteq 8)
Build 4405 (Experimental)
- Fixed - crash when opening very old songs/racks
Build 4404 (Experimental)
- Fixed - fix for crash caused by invalid real-time graph
- Fixed - command line switch --dontStartEngine not working
Build 4403 (Experimental)
- Fixed - global post-rack not restored in tab sets
Build 4402 (Experimental)
- Fixed - crash when copy/paste rack MIDI ports properties page
- Fixed - switching songs in pre-loaded set list not correctly selecting rack states
Build 4401 (Experimental)
- Fixed - some menu commands incorrectly disabled (regression in 4400)
Build 4400 (Experimental)
- IMPORTANT: very experimental, definitely do not use this live.
- New - major rework of audio engine real-time graph
- New - support for global pre-rack and global post-rack
- New - master per-song input/output gain sliders in side panel
- Changed - updated to .NET 10
