Wave 64 Support

Today I finished Cantabile's support for the Wave 64 file format.

There's no UI changes involved in this as it's completely automatic:

• By default, audio files are recorded as standard .wav files.
• If the file exceeds 4GB, the headers are re-written as Wave64.

On other things, I've now got a dedicated build machine setup that handles pulling latest version from source code repository, updating build numbers, rebuilding Cantabile, creating the installers, ftping to the webserver etc...
