Skin graft surgury complete!

Today I finished the re-integration of the MIDI file player (formally known as MIDI Sequencer), which pretty much wraps up the move to the new skinned UI.

Added a new rewind button to the ribbon:

Added new transport keyboard short cuts:

• Toggle Play/Stop - Spacebar
• Toggle Play/Pause - Ctrl + Spacebar
• Rewind - W
• Stop - O

And fixed a few long standing bugs:

• Fix for level meters getting too large when window resized, causing weird paint issues and peak levels.
• Save and restore the expanded/collapsed state of the file player and onscreen keyboard expander panels.
• Fix for rack and plugin drag insert markers not appearing.
• Misc fixes to x64 build not compiling.
• Fix for audio and recorder commands not working when pinned to quick access toolbar.

Next is offline render functionality and more testing and bug fixing.
