Plugin Racks Second Attempt
This is starting to look better. Removed the drop down arrows (except when mouse is over them), changed the background color of the plugin slot area to white to give better contrasts, added in the little heading labels.
Also, implemented collapsing racks:

Menus and drop downs are next...
