Toolbar Customization Finished
Toolbar customization is now pretty much finished.
- Added ability to add any command from the ribbon by right clicking on it
- Added support for drop-down commands in the Quick Access toolbar.
Also fixed a few faults related to context menus and popups when the ribbon is minimized.
Status bar customization is next...
