Toolbar Customization
Continuing the toolbar customization that I started last week, today I coded up a new page in the options dialog:

Although this new options page is finished, there's still some work to do in this area:
- organize the full set of commands a bit better
- make sure all the commands have icons
- add support for drop down buttons in the customization mechanism
- fix some redraw issues of the title bar text after customizing the toolbar.
