I'm not totally happy with this, but its getting there.
It still needs the heading labels above the plugin slots which will break it up a bit, there seems to be too many little arrows all over the place and the selected rack isn't obvious enough (needs more contrast).
Also, note the new scroll bar that I coded the other day.

Today I discovered that despite alot of attention to making it run efficiently, SkinLib has a performance problem.
With level meters constantly updating at both ends of the screen, too much is being redrawn, burning about 10% CPU just for the UI.
This is unacceptable but I'll live with it for the moment, and revisit it later.
