Help Command and Shell Integration
Some minor bits:
- Made a change to save all global settings when closing the options dialog (so any changes aren't lost in the case of a crash).
- Shell integration - can now open session files from Explorer, including DDE when Cantabile is already running. Spent about 4 hours tracking down a nasty bug where GDI+ does something that makes Explorer think Cantabile's ready for DDE commands before it really is, causing a weird error from Explorer even though the file opens correctly.
- Put back code to prevent a second instance of Cantabile running, instead activating the previous instance.
- New help button:
Next up is drag/drop within the plugin racks and ability to drag a fxb/fxp or plugin dll from Explorer and drop onto a rack.
