Simplified MIDI Controller Assignments

One thing I get lots of queries about in 1.2 is the MIDI Controller Assignments dialog.

The existing version has various problems including the fact that it's confusing when assigning multiple controllers to one thing (many don't even realise it's possible) plus it's hard to tell at a glance what's assigned.

So it's had a clean up.

• Instead of the main list showing all available assignable items, it just shows those that are assigned.
• There is a new drop down from where you can select what to assign the controller to.
• The Learn Mode option has been moved from the top right tool bar to next to the new combo
