Progressing Nicely

So it's all starting to come together nicely. I can now play notes and get sounds all through the new UI!

• Added code to send MIDI events from on-screen keyboard (note on/off and damper)
• Added code to send MIDI events from xy-controller
• Added code to send MIDI program changes from on-screen keyboard
• New Edit button in plugin slot
• New Tools menu in plugin slot
• Added Tools tips for plugin slot commands
• Wired up load/save bank or preset commands in plugin slot
• Wired up next/previous program buttons in plugin slot
• Wired up Edit button and Tools commands to open plugin editor and built-in parameter editor
• Wired up Program Organiser command in plugin slot
• Wired up Audio Channels command in plugin slot
• Wired up MIDI Filters command in plugin slot
• Wired up command handlers for MIDI Pass Through, Suppress MIDI Program * Changes and Connect to MIDI Recorder
• Wired up all plugin slot sliders (wet/dry mix + pan).
• Fixed bug when expanding/collapsing keyboard panel
• Fixed layout in keyboard panel to use new layout system
