Plugins appearing in UI

Some more progress:

• Plugins now appear in the plugin list
• Ability to load and save sessions again (partial)
• Ability to insert a plugin from the plugin selector
• UI now updates when switching Use Wet/Dry Balance option on/off
• Fix for some settings not getting saved
• Fix for the previously discussed layout management issues
• Fix for several obscure repaint issues
• Fix for mouse click not working on MRU file list
• Fix for keytips incorrectly appearing after canceling from popup ribbon
• Fix for plugin selector not working when ribbon minimized

Next up is to reconnect MIDI events from the on-screen keyboards and ability to manipulate plugin and rack settings through the new UI.
