Follow the development of music software Cantabile

Well its been a bit of a haul but I think SkinLib now has pretty much everything I need for the next version of Cantabile!

Today saw:

Improved scrolling in plugin and program selectors
Disabled toolbar buttons
New semi-transparent appearance for key tips on disabled controls
Fix for some render problems with popup ribbon
Fix for some problems with command routing
Fix for double click in top half of application button not closing the application
Fix for keytips incorrectly being invoking for disabled controls
Fix for tooltips not appearing on disabled controls
Fix for a nasty memory corruption thats been in there for a while

Next will be a bit of a clean up of SkinLib code base, then a clean up of Cantabile code base in preparation for the "skin graft".
