Plugin Selector Almost Finished

The new plugin selector is now mostly finished. Just a few bugs to fix (double click in the list does something weird and tooltip display is occasionally interfering with mouse selection).

Plugins now have a pin that makes them appear in the Favourites menu:

Tooltips show info about the selected plugin:

Mouse wheel in the plugin list now works.

Also, I've now updated the thread pool object to support dependent hierarchy of work items as required for multiple CPU support. Next step in this area is to actually hook up rack processing to process parallel rack simultaneously.
