Continuing the Plugin Selector

Plugin Selector is slowly getting there. The major categories and list of plugins is now implemented, including scrollbar etc...

New "Group by Folders" button mirrors the file system hierarchy for navigating plugins:

Navigating to a sub-folder, replaces entire list with sub-folder contents and a "Go Back" entry:

Still not finished, but getting there - Recent and Favourite categories don't work yet, need to add "pins" for pinning plugins to favourites, plugin tooltips, mouse wheel support and probably a few remaining bugs.

Other changes include several fixes for scroll bars, enhancement to disable animation/fade effects when running via Remote Desktop, various mouse capture issues, problems with list scrolling, separateion of generic graphic resources from Cantabile specific resources.

Finally, I've done some more design work for multiple cpu support and believe I've worked out a way for efficiently processing a tree of work items with precedents. This will be used to process racks in parallel where ever possible.
