First pass at new plugin selector

In previous versions of Cantabile, the plugin selector has always been a bit of a problem as hierarchical menus don't really work well for a large number of plugins. So for this version I'm starting with a completely fresh approach - sort of like a mini-explorer in a popup.

• Rather than selecting plugins in the plugin slot itself, I'm considering moving the plugin selector to the main ribbon toolbar (as shown in screen shot below).

• It will probably also have options to insert the plugin before selected slot, after selected slot, end of selected rack or in a new rack.

• I'm considering removing support for the custom plugin categories in 1.2. I get the impression its a rarely used feature and possibly not required with a better plugin selector.

• The right hand side will list plugins for the selected category on the left.

• Each plugin will have a pin - to pin the plugin to the favourites group.

• It will probably be larger that shown in the screen shot and probably be resizeable.

• Finally, I'd like to add a text search box (probably at the top of the right hand side) - though this will probably be done later as I'm keen to just the new UI working and just the basics will do for now.
