First Cantabile 2.0 Build

Today, for a bit of a break from the UI work I've been doing I decided to setup up the version 2 project.

• Ported the whole code base from Visual Studio 6.0 to Visual Studio 2005 which mostly involved conformance to changes C++ standards.
• Fixed several issues introduced by changes in Visual Studio ATL libraries.
• Updated all version numbers, file names, licence key checks to 2.0.

Also, created a new setup program using Nullsoft Install Systems (NSIS).

So Cantabile 2.0 Build 2000 exists - but its functionally identical to 1.2!

Next up is to switch from the old common libraries I used to the new SimpleLib library, and then the new sample conversions routines...
