Application Menu Finished

Finally, the Application Menu is finished with it now having Tool Tips (to show short cut keys for commands and the full path of items in the recent file list), Key Tips and Popup sub-menus with full description menu items.

All in all this proved to be quite a complicated piece of work with many different states having to be managed across a number of different objects.
