Pinnable Recent Session List

Continuing on with the application menu, it now has a pinnable list of recently used session files and keyboard navigation now works.

Also, made some changes to SkinLib to reduce memory usage (shared skin pieces) and fixed a number of miscellaneous bugs (tabs sometimes being left "hot" when mouse moved off, application button appearing in wrong position when offscreen, tooltips not getting removed when mouse wheeling to another tab).
