Rack Incoming MIDI Recorder

Cantabile build 2039 introduces a new feature - the ability to record the incoming MIDI to a rack. This replaces the old Record MIDI Output option (which didn't work well anyway).

So the Record MIDI Output option has been renamed to Record Racks and Plugins:

Also, each rack has a new option:

When this option is enabled and when using the Record Racks and Plugins recording mode, all incoming MIDI to the rack will be recorded - along with any MIDI generated by plugins that have their Record Generated MIDI option enabled (plugin slot -> Tools -> Record Generated MIDI).

Build 2039 will probably be available by the time you read this.
