Rack Split and Transpose

Somtimes things just come together into a neat idea. This one grew out of two separate comments from different users: one casual comment about how they define splits in their hardware rig, another asking how to do sub-session controllable transpose settings. Put these together and you get per-rack sub-session controllable split and transpose settings:

There's a new drop down on each rack slot where these settings can be made - mostly by playing key ranges, transpose intervals.

Also, these settings smart enough so that if you change transpose while a note is held, the matching note off event will be transposed by the old amount (to save stuck notes). Similar thing for splits.

The main gotcha is that if you're loading racks saved in the previous versions, the sub-session attributes for transpose and split will be off. Right click the rack name and turn on Subsession Behaviour->Keyboard Range and/or Transpose to get this working with sub-sessions. For racks created with b2016 and later these flags will be set by default.
