Custom Trigger Events

In Cantabile Performer, trigger's can now be invoked via MIDI.

To facilitate this I've added what is called custom trigger events which are simply a numbered set of events from 0-127. A trigger can be configured to execute on receiving a matching custom event number and MIDI Controller Assignments can be used to attach any external controller/button to that trigger.

So, step 1 define a custom event for a trigger

Step 2, in MIDI Controller assignments, assign a controller to that trigger:
