Inplace Plugin Editor

I alluded to this a few posts ago: Plugin View which is a new panel on the main window that can be used to display the user-interface for one plugin. There's a new button on each plugin slot which when pushed causes that plugin to appear in the Plugin View.

It's not finished yet but it's almost working and will be in build 2004.
