More Panel Enhancements

For the last few days I've been working on more improvements to management of the panels on the main window.

Firstly, keyboard navigation has been improved with Ctrl+PgUp/Ctrl+PgDn or Ctrl+Tab/Ctrl+Shift+Tab shifting focus between panels. Also, Ctrl+Enter can be use to expand/collapse the selected panel.

Secondly, I've added a visual indicator of which panel is active: (note the subtle orange effect on the Racks and Plugins panel)

Finally, the panels now have buttons for maximize and close:

There's a few other improvements I'd like to do in this area but they can wait for later. All this will be available in build 2004, coming soon...
