Hiding Unused Panels

I've been meaning to do this one for a while - the ability to hide and show the main window panels. Looks like a simple enough feature but it uncovered a few bugs in the splitter resizing so it took a little longer than expected to implement, but seems to work well now. The visibility of each panel is saved with the session.

Also note the "Plugin View" panel which is something else coming soon...
