Import/export rack commands

Cantabile now has a new feature where and entire rack can be exported/imported to/from a file (*.cantabilerack).

The screen shot is pretty self explanatory. The insert rack from command file inserts the rack before the right clicked rack (same as paste). I'm also considering adding an "replace rack from file" command.

This functionality will be available in build 2003, coming soon.
