SysEx Support

SysEx support is now working:

• MIDI-in ports now handle incoming sys-ex events.
• Sys-ex events are passed through the audio enigne and to plugins.
• MIDI-out ports also handle sys-ex.
• The new Sys-ex trigger can now generate sys-ex events.
• Sys-ex triggers can import and export syx files.

Finally, there's a simple macro system that can be used for defining sys-ex byte streams.

Currently, the MIDI recorder won't record sys-ex events but that's something I'll finish off during the beta period.

Unfortunately I don't have a lot of experience with MIDI Sys-Ex events and how people typically use them. I'll be relying on feedback from the beta to make it really useful, but the hard part of actually passing the sys-ex data around is finished.
