Sending MIDI Clock Finished

Another item finished - sending of MIDI Clock.

• There's now a new column in the list of MIDI devices which show which devices have MIDI clock send/receive enabled.
• Right clicking on a device allows changing the setting, or double click in the Clock column toggles this setting on/off.
• The MIDI activity indicators now glow green when MIDI clock or MIDI Active Sense messages are detected. Red still indicates MIDI data activity.
• When synced to incoming MIDI clock, Cantabile automatically forwards MIDI clock messages to all output devices that have MIDI clock enabled (ie: MIDI clock pass-through).

Also, over the last week or so there's been a big code clean up. Partly this is in preparation for the VST version of Cantabile, which although won't be in this version, I figured since I'm about to embark on a serious testing phase it would be go to do this clean up first.

Finally, I've now configured the different builds for the three editions that will be available: Cantabile Lite, Cantabile Solo and Cantabile Performer.
