Sub-sessions Finished

Cantabile sub-session support is now finished:

• Metronome tempo and master transport settings are now saved with all sub-sessions.
• Sub-sessions can now be activated using external program changes, and the MIDI device and channel for this is selectable.
• Renamed the sub-session New and Update commands to Save As and Save.
• Added sub-session auto-save mode - whenever switching between sub-sessions, the current sub-session is automatically updated with the current state.
