Sub-sessions Working

Cantabile's sub-session support is now mostly working.

There's now options on each plugin to select which settings are saved with each sub-session:

Similarly for racks:

Saving/loading and switching between sub-sessions now works, leaving metronome sub-session settings the main thing to be done for sub-sessions.
