More File Player Enhancements
Snap selection is now finished. When selecting ranges, the selection will automatically snap to either beat or bar positions, depending how far zoomed in the current view is. There's a new option "Snap Selection" in the tools menu to enable or disable snapping, or holding control key while dragging will do the opposite of the current mode.

Also some more enhancements to the MIDI file player and other miscellaneous fixes:
- A new command "Set Play Range" that allows setting the play range from the selection when it's locked.
- A new slider to control the playback rack when in master mode (replaces the old obscure way of doing this through the metronome).
- Improvements to the play position cursor when syncing (now sits stationary at the point where playback is about to start)
- Fix for a dead lock when the audio file player reaches the end of the range.
- For SMPTE encoded MIDI files and audio files there are new sync options to specify the files tempo and time signature. These will eventually be used to synchronise these files with the master transport (currently doesn't work).
