MIDI File Player Enhancements

A couple of small enhancements to the file player:

• The same drop down that can be used for routing audio files to a specific rack can now be used to set the default MIDI target for the file player. Individual tracks can still be controlled through the track list.
• The gain slider can be used to adjust the velocity of notes sent by the MIDI player. This is a velocity gain, not a volume gain.
