Today I did a whole lot of miscellaneous testing and bug fixing:

Fix for Insert Rack command not available when all racks deleted
Fixed most MIDI controller assignments
Improvements to MIDI controller assignments dialog to support replacing existing assignments
Fixed rack MIDI input selector
Removed plugin organiser
Cantabile Lite now builds and is mostly finished
Fix to re-open plugin editors on session load
Fix to open plugin editor when loading a new plugin
Fix for tap tempo
Fix for metronome sounds not updating till engine restart
More minor fixes for high DPI
