DPI Issues
Today I've been working on resolving some rendering problems with the new UI when high resolution DPI settings are selected.
Here's how it looked before:
Here's how it looks now. There's still a few issues but at least the font's fit better. The app button needs a larger image so it can be scaled down, rather than up, the divider lines in the border don't line up (see the four corners) and a few other bits still not quite right.
Also the app menu needs to be redone so the app button lines up and the buttons and margins at the resize correctly:
Also today:
- put back the Test button in the metronome settings page
- updated the options dialog so Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab can be used to switch pages

I can see the layout improvements, but the logo in the top left now looks like a circular saw blade. Is this deliberate?
