I'm a bit slow blogging about this, but Eric Krueger of blackgrand.com has posted another excellent video, this time on using Cantabile set lists. Check it out on the Videos page.
Thanks again Eric!

For the last week or more, I've been busy pulling apart and reassembling a large chunk of Cantabile to support something new. I'm not promising anything yet, but you can probably figure it out from this:

Cantabile 2.1 has new setting to scale up the user interface, from 100% to 200% in increments of 10%:
The new setting is in Options -> General:

Here's the standard 100% UI:

Here it is again at 140%:

It's not perfect and it don't scale up the icons cause they get blurry (I need to redraw every icon in vector format - maybe another day).

There's been a bit of discussion about Cantabile 2.1 on the forum which has raised a few questions which I'd like to address.
Firstly, at this stage development of 2.1 is going to be pretty closed - mainly because I find this gives me more time to write code rather than talk about it. There's considerable overhead in making builds available to others and at this point that time is better spent elsewhere.
Regarding new features and time frame, I have pretty clear idea about both but I'm not committing to anything at this point. Partly because I need the freedom to balance features against time, but also because I recently read this - ZipIt - which struck a chord with me.
So why post anything about 2.1? Three reasons:
So please, if you see something you like, dislike or have thoughts on - let me know. Just about everything planned for 2.1 is based on user feedback, so please keep it up.
OK, time for me to zip it... stay tuned.
